Door Coordinator
Ensures double doors close in sequence.
On a pair of rebated fire doors, the inactive leaf must always close first. A door coordinator holds the active leaf open until the inactive leaf is fully closed, ensuring the astragal seals engage correctly.
Without a coordinator, fire and smoke seals cannot perform — and the door set fails its rating.
